We, first, understand your requirement, organization culture and very importantly your computing environment.

Then, we look for the computing environment similar to yours so that you can get a RIGHT candidate who will be productive from the next day. We search through number of ways and one of them is that we maintain state-of-the-art and strategically formed computing environment database of companies. In other practices we attract candidates through newspaper ads, internet job groups and most importantly personal references.

The next step is to short list the identified candidate. Through series of steps and by applying various techniques and filters we short list the identified candidates. The short listed candidates are screened, interviewed and further filtered by industry experts who are networked with us. We believe that no single professional is expert in this vast IT field. That is why we have network of industry professionals who interview and evaluate the short listed candidates.
