In other practices we attract candidates through newspaper ads, internet job groups and most importantly personal references.

The next step is to short list the identified candidate. Through series of steps and by applying various techniques and filters we short list the identified candidates. The short listed candidates are screened, interviewed and further filtered by industry experts who are networked with us. We believe that no single professional is expert in this vast IT field.
